Okay to book however unless you are unfortunate enough to need to claim it is impossible to know how good an insurance policy is.

Avoid. They put my plan on auto renewal and then buried the cost in a series of emails and attachments. The cancellation process is nonexistent and requires customer service. Very poor and suspect service.

Terrible communication when making a claim. Very nice when you take out your policy, and no trouble getting to speak to someone…. Just wait until you send in a claim. It then becomes literally impossible to speak to anyone (other than sales) who then transfer you to a non existent department with a message referring you to make your claim online!!! Classic case of take your money and dump you when you need them. If anyone at Customer Services is reading these reviews (if indeed there is such a department). Respond in some way and earn your money. Disgraceful service.P.S Sent claim off on December 22nd 2022.

It took nearly 6 months to settle my claim - when another insurance company covering other items that had been stolen at the same time settled immediately.
Chased persistently by email - getting the same "We have been continuing to experience far higher levels of claims and enquiries than normal, and this has resulted in much longer settlement times” response each time and unable to get through on the phone.

Nicky was absolutely fantastic today, listened to what I had to say and then sorted out my enquiry. Documents were sent very promptly and Nicky waited whilst I received them via e mail and made sure all was ok. Great service and I was so lucky getting such a lovely person to sort out my enquiry. Still haven't heard back from cover for you, seems they need to be rebranded as taking cover "from" you.(if you have a claim). not able to call , not able to speak to any one, not able to process my claim, not able to get feedback from this poor customers based insurance, none service, don't even know if they're looking at my claim, or if they are in receipt of my issue, running the clock down and wearing out the customer seems to be the norm , wouldn't recommend this company

Also I had to ring back to add a pre existing medical prob and dealt with Charlie who was excellent. He listened and understood my problem and sorted it out easily. Would highly recommend.

Easy to complete the required information and receive the policy. This is the fourth time that I have used CoverForYou and have always been pleased with the ease to get cover and the prices.

I always get my travel insurance with these guys, they have good prices and lots of things covered as standard, plus if you are a returning customer they give discounts.
Love the extra benefits, like cheaper cinema tickets, that you can use year round.

Zyreena was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable about the product on the call. Zyreena explained the different levels of cover and did not pressure me into taking the most expensive cover. I was also offered time to think about the quote before deciding which is always good. This is my second year with the company for Cruise cover. I would recommend this company for travel insurance. Really easy website to use but I returned to check my medical details and it decided the policy I had purchased was invalid until I accepted the terms and paid a premium! I clicked further through the form and completed it; no further payment was required?
